Searching for your dream venue can be one of the most exciting parts of wedding planning.  Selecting a venue is typically one of the first steps for couples after engagement and many deciding factors go into the selection process.  Not only should you fall in love with the venue, but you should also picture it as a space that your guests will feel comfortable, have fun, and make lasting memories.  As imperative as it is for your guests to have a wonderful experience, it is also important that you and your wedding parties do as well.  Having enough space for both wedding parties to get ready, relax or lounge is always ideal.

Did you know the Lace House has two getting ready spaces that are as equally stunning as they are functional?  The Cedar and Camellia Rooms both possess decorative fireplaces, elegant chandeliers, and high ceilings to captivate you.

The Cedar Room, with a rich leather aroma, is stately and unassuming.  It is the perfect wedding day space for sitting down or suiting up and is equipped with cable television.  With an en suite bathroom and plenty of seating, the Cedar Room was designed and decorated for comfort and enjoying the atmosphere.  Just outside of the Cedar Room is a balcony nestled in the trees that gives a breathtaking view of the Mansion Mall and fountain.

Down the spacious bookshelf lined hallway, the Camellia Room awaits.  A lush backdrop for gorgeous photos, the Camellia Room was recently updated by interior decorator, Ann Temple.  Ann has brought the space to life with refreshing new decor and luxurious fabrics.  The Camellia Room hosts four separate spaces, the front parlor, a dressing room with lighted mirror, a changing space with en suite bathroom, and a private balcony, perfect for any sized wedding party to get ready in and relax.

Walk out of the Camellia or Cedar Room located on the top floor of the Lace House, descend the magnificent double staircase and you’re just steps away from what we hope to be, one of the most memorable events of your life!
